Rohan's Swim lessons @ Chartwell Swim Club, Summer 2016
It was from long I wanted to send Rohan for swim lessons.
I wanted him to learn the basic swimming.
My aim was that he shouldn't have the fear of water
And he should know what to do if ever he happened to be in water.
Finally this summer, with GOD's Grace that wish of mine is fulfilled.
We had been here through out his summer vacation and
We had no continuous guests at home,
So I was able to send him for his swim lessons at Chartwell.
I used to catch an uber and take him for all the classes,
And wait there until he is done.
Luckily he got a very sweet instructor.
She was a sweet college going teenager who used to take swim lessons only for vacations.
The private classes were just for 20 minutes and for 6 days. That was one session.
I was glad that Rohan picked it up really fast and he liked swimming.
She was such a sweet teacher who gave Rohan to practice for long in the pool even after the 20 minute class which normally never happens there.

Lego Bricks for Kids Club - Energy is Everywhere theme
Rohan had been for the After school Clubs ( in his 2nd grade) during the Spring.
One was the Bricks for kids Lego club and the theme was - Energy is Everywhere !
They had taught the various terms like renewable and non-renewable resources and the different a ways in which energy is produced. And everyday they were asked to create some figure related to the theme using small Lego blocks.
The other club was Jr. Aerospace Engineering Club.
They learnt the different parts of aeroplane and other flying objects.
Also, they were taught about how the airplane works.
They were asked to make models of aeroplane a, parachutes, blimps etc based on these principles.
It was a 2 months session, once a week for an hour.
I am glad that Rohan was very interested and very happy to attend the sessions.

Rohan's First Taekwondo Graduation Day
Rohan had his First Taekwondo Graduation Ceremony.
He passed all the tests and got the Yellow belt.

Rohan's First participation in a Competition 2010 - My Cutie Tiger
When I was going through my old pictures, I found these cute ones- When Rohan was 2 years old.
He participated in the Fancy Dress Competition in his Pre-School in Bangalore. That was the first competition he had at School.
Can't just forget that day when he was scared and almost in tears when he had to come to the stage in front of all the parents.
